Well, weighed in at 63kg on the scales this morning. Had a pretty good eating day, didn't over eat or eat any crappy foods.
Did workout 1 of my program today...........oooowwwww!!!! I hate mountain climbers! They are horrible!
Promised myself that I would go for a walk today at lunchtime, but being the beginning of the month I didn't get the opportunity to.....so hopefully will go tomorrow if I get a chance.
So far feeling pretty good about the program.
Only.......what? 8kg or so to go!!!
